FAiled to find Graphic adapter DX11 on windows 10

How can I upgrade Intel HD 3000 to Intel HD 4000
Hi Nico_042

My name is Andre Da Costa; an Independent Consultant, Windows Insider MVP and Windows & Devices for IT MVP. I'm here to help you with your problem.

If this is onboard graphics on a motherboard or integrated graphics in a laptop, they cannot be upgraded. Your best option is to purchase a discrete graphics card from AMD or nVidia and install it then disable the Intel graphics.

If its a laptop, unfortunately, Windows 10 no longer supports it and would require either a newer device or going back to an older supported version of Windows.

What is the exact make and model?

Open Start, type: system information
Hit Enter
Click System summary
Look in the right pane

Copy the system sku info into reply here.

Hi Nico_042

Intel HD graphics are actually on your main Intel Processor chip in your laptop or PC, they cannot be upgraded, without changing the processor and on laptops, that is no possible a lot of the time, because the processor is soldered onto the motherboard . . .

Intel HD graphics 3000 series is no longer supported on the new versions of Windows 10, if you are having difficulty loading a driver for that graphics, I would suggest going back to a previous version of Windows 10 may be your only option . . .
