F7, F9 and F10 aren't working!

   I have a problem. My keys F7, F9 and F10 stopped working. I can't control my microphone from F7, can't control my WI-FI from F9 and can't open PC Manager from F10. Any ideeas what can I do with them?


have you updated your Windows version before that happened?

so when was the last time it was working? is it after an update? because if yes then you should uninstall an update.


1. Press Start button then click on the Gear icon which is the Settings
2. Press "Update and Security"
3. Press "View Update History"
4. Select "Uninstall Updates"
5. A pop up should appear then scroll down to the bottom then on the Microsoft Windows section, right click the recent or all of the "Update for Microsoft Windows KB4551762" (or similar format of this,NOTE: must be the latest one) then Click "uninstall".
6. wait for the process to be finished then restart the PC/Laptop there you should have the fix on your update problems.

Hi again! I uninstalled my lateste updates but I can't uninstall 1 of them. My keys are still not working. :(

it is really sad to hear from you. you can try to Download "Glary Utilities" it is a useful tool to fix the errors of Windows. just install it and perform a full scan and let the tool fix the issue for you and let me know if it works or not. If it did not work then you must wait for a new update that is coming out this Month it was called Windows update version 2004.
