Extremely difficult Windows BSODs caused by "ntoskrnl.exe"

Hello, I'm a user having trouble with my laptop.

This has been happening ever since I did a fresh install of Windows.

I've done multiple things:

  • Viewed my minidumps in WinDbg (All of them ultimately state "ntoskrnl.exe", which I'm aware is extremely broad of an error)

  • Viewed my minidumps in BlueScreenView (The logs all look completely identical, down to the same bit address)

  • Ran Memtest86 two times (No errors found)

  • Used DDU to completely remove and reinstall my NVIDIA graphics drivers (Fixed the issue for a couple of days, but returned today..?)

  • Reinstalled all network drivers (Alongside DDU)

  • Enabled/disabled fTPM in BIOS (Made no difference)

  • Checked my personal laptop manufacturer's quality software for any BIOS/driver updates (None)

  • Restarted my computer (😊)

Information that may be useful:

  • This issue has been occurring ever since I did a fresh Windows 10 & 11 installation. I re-partitioned the disks, and I have yet to boot up the Windows 10 partition at all (it was partitioned for school purposes).

  • The BSOD error has only occurred when I'm playing a video game (ROBLOX). This might not be relevant, because it could entirely be coincidence and I only really open my laptop to play this game. Although, I can't recall getting a BSOD when playing another game, watching videos, or any other graphically intensive task.

I'm completely stumped, and I beg that someone helps me out here. I'd be indebted to any easily accessible suggestions or solutions.

I've zipped up & provided all 5 minidump files here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1219vO6paomdERkiuz4eBYFfQ-guvrl4b

Thank you in advance!

Answer
Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump files indicate it is the Nvidia audio broadcast driver that is causing your PC to crash, there is no other contributory factor listed.

You indicate you have already used DDU to re-install your Nvidia drivers, the best option would be to do that again, and try installing a couple of slightly older versions of the Nvidia drivers to try to find a version that is stable on your system.
