Are you getting any error messages?
This worked for me.
- Go to Settings -> System -> Apps and Features, and uninstall all extensions.
- Close all open applications, and open a Powershell window as administrator.
- Run wsreset.exe. The Windows Store should pop up after a few moments.
- Re-open Edge, and download extensions.
I hope this helps.

This doesn't seem to be working. Extensions are still unresponsive on any sort of click. No error message either.
Share, Make a web note seems to be working absolutely fine. But Onenote Web Clipper (alongwith others are unresponsive).
