explorer not starting after 20h2

hello everyone,

so i cant start explorer after latest update, but i can start apps using task manager, but i cant start explorer, i tried turning off explorer and on with task manager, still same, can someone tell me how to fix it? i dont have any uxtheme or shell mods.

EDIT: There was a problem with motherboard and processor, i fixed it thanks everyone for helping me though, can some1 close this
