Experiencing issues with screen stuttering, freezing, and asynchronous rendering after upgrading to Windows 11 24H2

While using a Windows 11 24H2 OS system, it frequently hangs and freezes asynchronously. After restarting, it works for about an hour but the issue reoccurs. I have performed a clean format twice using version 24H2, but the problem persists. Many users running 24H2 are affected by this issue.
