I'm Paul, a fellow customer like you & an Independent Advisor. Just to clarify, did you do a System Restore or Reset PC?
Kindly try to temporarily create a local admin user profile, log in as that user. Check if the issue persists.

I hope this helps. Let me know how you go. Thank you!

Got it, thanks. It depends. If the restore point used the game is installed, then it will still appear as expected. How did it go when you temporarily created a user profile?
I hope this helps. Let me know how you go. Thank you!

Got it, thanks. It should not happen again, as long as, your system state is healthy when you create a restore point. When you have all the applications installed back & ready, I would suggest following the steps below before creating a restore point.
1. Run full virus scan/removal.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/401326...
2. Run full malware scan/removal.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/securi...
3. Once, done repair any possible corrupt system files. Press the CTRL+SHIFT+ESC keys together >click File menu > click "Run new task" > type cmd & tick the checkbox "Create this task with administrative privileges" > click OK > copy/paste below command one line at a time. Once done, reboot your PC.
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
SFC /scannow
4. Then, update all your drivers, as per the link below. Once done, reboot your PC.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402844...
5. Once done, do a Disk Cleanup, as per the link below.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/402661...
Once done, create a restore point (as per the link below) & take note of this stable restore point to be used in the future.
