exception_illegal_instruction + exception_access_violation crash errors

Hi, i have been having issues with games crashing with exception_illegal_instruction + exception_access_violation errors

PC SPECS:
Processor (CPU) Intel® CoreTM i9 24-Core Processor i9-13900K (3.0GHz) 36MB Cache

Motherboard ASUS® ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO (DDR5, LGA1700, USB 3.2, PCIe 5.0)

Memory (RAM) 32GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR5 5600MHz (2 x 16GB)

Graphics Card 24GB NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3090 Ti - HDMI, DP

1st M.2 SSD Drive 1TB SAMSUNG 980 PRO M.2, PCIe NVMe (up to 7000MB/R, 5000MB/W)

i have tried almost every fix listed online;
updating gpu drivers
disabling programs with overlays which may interfere
updated windows etc
memory diagnostic test
/sfc scannow
and many many more which i have forgotten at this point

appreciate any assistance!

Did you switch memory diagnostics to extended mode? If not, please do.

Check your RAM modes (voltage, frequency, timings) are in compliance with numbers in the motherboard compatibility list for your RAM model.

Hi Igor,

I have ran the "Windows Memory Diagnostic" which came back with no errors. I am not too sure how to check or place it into extended mode if you could advise me on how to do that please?

Regarding the RAM modes;

it is compatible with the motherboard, and is running exactly as listed on the site

When diagnostic tool starts, press F1 key and select Extended mode. Note, test hang at ~21% for more than 2-5 hours means memory error too.

Try to disable XNP and see if this helps.

I have disabled XMP previously, this did not solve my problem, and have since re-enabled it.

I will run the diagnostic tool later and reply with the results

Hi again Igor,

I firstly ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic Extended mode, it got stuck on 21% in the first pass. I read online that a common fix was to enable cache. So I changed the setting and began the test again.

The second test completed successfully and resulted with 0 errors!

Do you have any additional advice?

Зlease check Application journal (Event Viewer) for an information about these crashes.
Or save the journal to evtx file and share it to OneDrive for analysis.

I will provide 6 crashes for now, if you need more i can provide them.

The first 5 are the game crashes, the last one is the game launcher crashing too which happened just before the game crashed

The game crashes because of memory access violation. Do you have any add-ons (mods)? it yes, try to uninstall them.
Try to reinstall the game.

I do not have any add-ons, and I have reinstalled the game 3 times previously with no success. I will reinstall once again and update whether i have any crashes.
