all programme opened in cmd. whe I click on any programme it will be opened in cmd programme. I want to set the programme icon as default set. so what can I do?

There was a small free utility written a while back to primarily unassociate shortcuts (.LNK) files) from a bad file execution association but it works on the .EXE file association as well. The 'catch 22' is that the program itself is an .EXE so it cannot be opened unless renamed to unassoc.com. I've renamed the utility's executable and placed a copy in the public area of my DropBox for you. I'll probably remove it after a while so you might want to post back once you have it.
Just download and then run the utility to unassociate the .EXE files. Select .EXE from the list on the left and click either Remove file association (User) or Delete file type and restart the computer.
