Event ID 7036 corresponds to Source Service Control Manager. This event is recorded for several services when the computer is powered on. This message is logged for informational purposes only.

Coming to Event ID, the event source could be so many. As such, we need the exact Application name,  Application version, Event source along with the exact error message to be able to go further.
