Ethernet driver not visible in Device Manager

I can't see ethernet option in Settings > Network & Internet. I can't view any ethernet/LAN adapters in Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced network settings. I can't see Ethernet driver in device manager (even after seeing hidden devices). I have a Dell Inspiron 5510 laptop with Windows 11 23H2. I even did network reset, still the issue persists.

Some solutions suggest something to do with BIOS. However I don't know what exactly to look for in BIOS.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Here is the direct donwload link Dell provide for the Ethernet drivers for your specific laptop model, use that installer to re-install the Ethernet drivers to see if that gets the Ethernet connection working.
