Error Windows 10 copy not genuine

i bought this laptop like a year ago i think.. and it had genuine windows and it updated smoothly always.. 

today i tried to update this new feature update 1903, it said pending restart, i clicked update and restart.. the computer restarted and i got this error  windows copy not genuine

i took this picture immediately..

i tried to run the update again but now it says your windows version is at the end of support and you should update it.. but its no longer update.. the download is stuck at 0%

it downloaded to 100% before this...

Now what do i do? i want to update this feature update and also let me know if this is virus..

please run built-in command
wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey
(need to be run from Windows PowerShell (administrator).
If Windows was preinstalled by manufacturer you'll see 25-digit key.
If not, you may be a victim on unfare seller. Please ask him about windows license on this laptop.

Do you know the full history of your PC or version of Windows?

Is your PC second hand or was Windows reinstalled by a PC Repair Shop?

Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

slmgr.vbs /dlv

Please post a screenshot of the resulting dialog . . .

To better diagnose the issue, Please send us the results of both steps.

1. Right click Start>Command Prompt-Admin and type in the following command:
slmgr.vbs /dlv

You will get a window, take a screenshot using snipping tool and paste it it next reply.


2. Run the activation troubleshooter and send us the snip too.
