Error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION(win32kbase.sys) on Windows 10

1. Have you made any changes (Hardware/ software) to your device prior to this issue?
2. What is the make and model of your device?
3. For how long does the system stuck in this screen?
4. Are you able to boot the device to Safe mode?

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

This error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics driver’s crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code.

I suggest you to try the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the Microsoft article and check if it helps

As it mainly seems to be an issues with the drivers, I suggest you to update all the drivers including chipset, BIOS from the manufacturer's website and check if it helps
