3.Did you make any software or hardware changes on your computer prior to this issue?
If you are facing the issue in Internet Explorer, let’s follow these steps & check if the issue persists:
a) Open Internet Explorer, click on
Favorites button located on the top of your browser. Right-click the gray toolbar if you do not see the "Favorites" button. Click the
Favorites Bar option. You should see the "Favorites" button. Click it.
b) Click the Feeds
tab. You should see a list of the RSS feeds downloaded on your browser.
c) Right click on the feeds and click
Delete. Repeat this same process to delete all RSS feeds. Close "Favorites" when you finish.
d) Reopen Internet Explorer & check if the issue reoccurs.
