ERROR ID IN WINDOWS EVENT VIEWER

Hi, I have several types of errors logged in the Windows Event Viewer. I recently performed a low-level format and cleaned the ports and sockets thoroughly, but the errors continue to persist. Would the ID codes 7023 and 1796 be the main ones? Could you help me fix them?

Hello,EmilianoVazquez

Welcome to posting in the Microsoft Community.

Error code 1796 in the Event Viewer relates to a driver problem, usually related to a device not being installed correctly or hardware/software compatibility. Error code 7023 then usually indicates that a system service has unexpectedly quit or failed to start correctly, and the event logs usually indicate exactly which service. I will need to check with you further about the system:

  • How long ago did you have the problem, and did you perform any changes such as system updates, deleting or adding specific process applications, BIOS updates, etc. before the problem appeared? Did the problem occur immediately after reinstalling Windows?

  • There may be a clearer pointer to this in the Event Viewer, so please take a screenshot if it's convenient for you.

  • Did you encounter any difficulties during the actual use of the program? This can directly pinpoint the cause of the error.

After the above steps, you can share more details and updates with me and I will answer you further. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!

Best Regards,
