error http 403 Microsoft edge cannot go to this page

Step 1:

I suggest you to check if you get the error when you try to sign in to the Bing rewards sign in page through In private window.

1. Open Edge browser, select More (…) (At top right corner) from the address bar.
2. Click on New In Private Window and check if you get the same error.

Step 2:

You may try to clear the browsing history in the EDGE browser and check if it help.

1. Open Edge browser, select More (…) (At top right corner) from the address bar, choose Settings.
2. Click on choose what to clear under clear browsing data.
3. Check all the options under clear browsing data page and click on Clear button.
