Hi Anthony. I'm Greg, an installation specialist, 10 year Windows MVP, and Guardian Moderator here to help you.

That's not a known error. Did you mistype a character?

Try uninstalling the Ring app in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features. Restart PC.

Now go to the Ring website and install the latest download for Ring.

If you're using a Microsoft Store app, make sure it's Updated in the Store Settings under Updates & Download.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

Thank you for your response, Greg.  Here's the snip of the error:

This happens when the Ring doorbell rings and you click the alert to see the video.  This was working fine until last Friday.  The Ring program has been uninstalled and reinstalled (today, so it's the latest version available).  The same program is working fine on two other machines, just this one seems to be having the problem.  I would appreciate any further thoughts on how to fix this.

Thanks again!

Cynthia
