Error code -50050x8007002 when trying to uninstall Wizard101 game

I have been trying to uninstall Wizard101 (KingsIsle) from my laptop, and every time I get this error code (-50050x8007002 has occurred while running the setup.  Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications (##ID-STRING18##).

I have no idea what any of this means, and I have tried to restore the system back to a previous date and it still does not let me uninstall this game.  I have talked to a person at KingsIsle and they have been unable to help me out. I am not very computer savvy, so any responses are going to have to take that into account.
