Error code 124

When I try to open solitaire I get the error 124 message.  What is it and how do I fix it?

This tool automatically detects, and fixes most incorrect settings on your computer that brings the Solitaire error 124/ 101_107/, and prevent you from running any updates.

Click Start
In the search field box, type Troubleshooting > hit Enter
Click View all in the left pane
Select Windows Update

I don't find a search box in the start menu.  I tried the box (Cortana) but it brings up a troubleshooting list.  I may too computer illiterate to help.

hi John,

Open the Settings App

Go to Apps

Find Microsoft Solitaire Collection in the list of installed apps

Click that and choose 'Advanced Options'

Click Reset

That will hopefully get that app working for you . . .
