Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you’re facing issues on your PC. I will certainly try my best to assist you with the issue.

For further clarity on the issue, please respond to the questions below:

  1. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?
  2. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to which you weren’t facing this issue?
  3. Do you receive any Blue Screen errors?
  4. What is the make and model of the PC?

Refer the article Which version of Windows operating system am I running?

I would suggest you to try booting the PC into Safe Mode and see if the PC freezes. Refer the article Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10

If you don’t face any issues in Safe Mode, then try booting the PC in Clean Boot and see if the PC crashes. Refer the article How to perform a clean boot in Windows

Performing a clean boot will start the computer with minimal set of drivers and programs, to determine whether a background program is causing the issue. Some of the Startup programs will not load after performing a clean boot on the computer. However, that functionality will return when you reset the computer to start normally after finishing the troubleshooting.

If the PC is working fine after performing Clean Boot, then please refer the section How to determine what is causing the problem after you do a clean boot to identify the root cause of the issue.

Note: Please refer the section Reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting to boot the computer in to normal mode after troubleshooting

Let us know how it goes. If the issue persists, we will certainly assist you further.

Regards,

Prakhar Khare

Hello,

Have you managed to fix this yet I'm having the exact same issue as you and I to have the same headset. It's been going on for about 3 months now and it only seems to happen on certain games almost at certain times. I've done a clean install of windows and the error still seems to take place, I have done all the usual kernel 41 fixes and test to see if I can replicate it and I have reseated everything in my pc I can possibly do.

Edit: I have no bluescreen, the computer will shutdown and instantly boot back up. when it's booted back up it will show 2 more critical errors which are the same as this guy is having, I have no minidump files or folders either so I can't even use them to try and work out if it's a bad driver. I ran the driver verifier for a bit and nothing seemed to happen just the computer slowing down which is normal.

Thank you

I have the same issue. During (intense) gameplay I get random blue screens, usually with different messages. Always, upon rebooting, I have Event ID 10110 and 10111.

This only started after I got my Razer Kraken Ultimate. Other threads I've found online indicate it's a problem with using multiple non-defualt audio outputs, or some conflitt between THX Spatial Audio and Windows' default spatial audio.

I sometimes go days of gaming without a BSOD, but then it happens again. I've tried completely uninstalling and re-installing the drivers, disabling Spatial Audio, etc. So far no luck.
