I am Dave, I will help you with this.

It is likely that the Windows 10 licence you are running is a volume licence version and is meant to run in a company or organization where the activation is re-armed on a regular basis.

Do you know the history of your PC or version of Windows?

Is your PC is second hand or was Windows reinstalled by a PC Repair shop?

Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

slmgr.vbs /dlv

Sorry, I was offline, that screenshot does confirm it is a volume licence version of Windows 10 Pro that is installed on your PC, that is not a consume licence.

Do you know where the installed version of Windows came from, what is the history of Windows installation on the PC?

which code? and is it safe??? i also have the safe issusses. Actually i brought it from a pc shop and windows 10 pro was already installed. i recently updated it but it started showing me windows lisence will expire and have to activate it so i updated my laptop to windows 11 by installing it from microsoft online to avoid this issue but it still shows this!!!!!! PLZ!!!! HELP!!!! will i not be able to use my pc anymore???

Hi Thịnh,

When you originally purchased your PC was there a pre-installed version of Windows and do you know if that was another version of Windows like Windows 10 Home or some other version?

If there was a pre-installed version, then to solve this problem, you would need to backup your personal files, then clean install the same version from a bootable USB that was pre-installed and that should activate automatically.

Hi Thịnh,

I checked the Acer website and that seems to indicate that laptop originally game with Windows 10 Home pre-installed, so, that is the version of Windows 10 you would need to re-install and that will activate automatically.
