Error code: (0x8007000d)

What do I do? I get the update for windows 10, but I keep getting this error "Error code: (0x8007000d)" I want to update but it takes a long time, it keeps freezing on 70 percent. Its the cumulative update:  Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3124200). plz help me: I want this update or can I skip it or something
1. Browse to "C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download" and delete the contents of the folder.
2. Press Windows key + X > Click Command Prompt (Admin) then type "wuauclt.exe /updatenow".

Hit Enter

3. Open Control Panel > Windows Update and Windows 10 should begin downloading..

Press Windows key + X

Click Command Prompt (Admin)

Type in at the prompt OR Copy and Paste these one at a time : (Hit enter after each)

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Run the Windows update Troubleshooter and check if it helps: 
  1. Press “Windows + X” and select Control panel.
  2. In the search box, type troubleshooter, and then click Troubleshooting.
  3. Under System and Security, click Fix problems with Windows Updates.

If the problem persist, try updating using the November Update ISO:

I refreshed  my laptop and to find out in windows 10, I had to reinstall most of the apps I usually use like word 2013 and office 365 pro plus. and now it is telling me that it cannot update. It keeps telling me "we have to make some changes!" I just want to keep my PC up to date. Please help! Is there something wrong? Did I do something wrong? I hope not! I am so frustrated!

1. When and why did you do the Refresh?

2. Is KB3124200 or KB3116900 listed in Installed Updates (not Update History)? [1]

3. Is Adobe Flash Player v20.0.0.228 installed? TEST HERE USING INTERNET EXPLORER OR EDGE ONLY => http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ 

4. Did Office 2013 or Office 365 Pro Plus come preinstalled on the computer when you bought it?

I asking is the update going to update? cuz I got my apps that I installed already like word and office 365. Will I have to keep continuing to be patient.?

Senhor Da costa, escrevo em português na esperança que o senhor me possa ajudar. Depois do meu HD ter pifado, tinha que trocá-lo. Obviamente não deu o tempo de eu procurar a senha e o product key do velho OEM. O HD foi substituido e o rapaz que me fez a troca montou depois um novo win 8.1. De qualquer forma o Notebook funcionou até hoje embora, tendo problemas e não plenamente (por ex. o webcam instalada não funcionava mais e outras coisas assim). Como apanhei um virus, tinha que instalar o reimage que além de limpar meu computador, botou funcionar de novo o sistema operacional inteiro de novo, instalando talvez arquivos que até lá tinha faltado. Agora estou tentando de ativar o windows 8.1 pro instalado mas parece impossível! Recuperei com um aplicativo o product key usado na instalação mas sempre me retorna a mensagem que a chave não é valida ou que não é a chave boa por este produto. Até a ativação por telefone parece não estar mais funcionando. O que posso fazer pra resolver este problema? Agradeço desde jà.
