Error 2203 Database C:\Windows\Installer\16a0316.ipi Cannot open database file System error-2147287035 when uninstalling Word Perfect Office X6

This Error and others like it occur during effort to Repai WP Office X6. A suggested solution to change permissions for the SYSTEM (to permit the Installer folder to propagate its permissions to child objects) didn't work. The various appearances of the Error at different stages of the Repair (the first time during QuattroPro configuration, the second during Presentations config, the third -earliest in the Uninstall at around 8% progress- during WP Office config) reference different .ipi files. All eventually end in tears as the Repair is abandoned without changing anything.

The initial reason for the Repair effort was to fix Quattro Pro that was 'closing' as soon as it was started.

System is an hp Pavilion g laptop, running Win7

Thank you for the update.

I would suggest you to create a new user account with administrative privileges and then remove the program from that account. Here is the link which says how to do this.
