Edit: Find smt that finally worked for me.
1. uninstall old installed drivers that you tried to install
2. hold down the Shift key while you click restart
3. Select in the menu that appears: Troubleshoot>advanced options>startup settings. Click restart and when the menu appears again press F7 key.
4. Now install the good driver.

Press Windows key + i and go to Applications;
Click Apps & Features;
Uninstall AMD Software from the list;
Go to the AMD website and click on (+) Windows 11 - 64 Bit;
Install the Adrenalin 22.5.1 Recommended (WHQL) drivers:

After installation check if the problem still persists;

Hello. This worked for me,go to device manager and find your graphigscard and you will find that its not in use! Change that and all should be fine.
