Error 0x80248014

Hello, community

I've got this problem for over 2 days right now, so I tried to fix my problem manually (something went wrong with my audio drivers), so my laptop says that there are "no speakers or headphones are plugged in" and in volume mixer that "no audio device is installed" so I've been looking through internet and found that some people had the same problem and let the Windows Update so resolve it. There comes the problem "Error 0x80248014", trying to get "Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Audio Device, Other hardware - Realtek High Definition Audio" when I was looking for it manually, the latest driver version is from May 2017, nothing more up to date.

Did anyone have the same issue? And if, how did you resolve it?

Thanks for any information/tips.

I don't see any recent updates for this model, but I would recommend you download and reinstall the following driver for Audio to see if it works.

Hi,

thanks and I tried your way, now my windows update says that it is up to date, but my original problem still doesn't work, it still says "No speakers or headphones are plugged in." and in Volume Mixer it says "No audio device is installed", even though it is a laptop with integrated speakers :/

Had anyone same problem and was successful in resolving it?

I would try upgrading to the newer version of Windows 10, version 1809 to see if this problem is resolved.
