Error 0x80070002 - 0x2000D

While I'm on windows 10 trying to upgrade to windows 11, I am getting the message "We couldn't install Windows 11 We've set your PC back to the way it was right before you started installing Windows 11.

0x80070002 - 0x2000D

The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation

I run the SetupDiag.exe, it opens a command window and closes immediately and nothing seems to happen

It does not show the result on the screen but generates a result file SetupDiagResults.xml

I ran it in its own separate folder, but I don't see the result file anywhere

Documentation says: The resulting SetupDiag analysis can be found at %WinDir%\Logs\SetupDiag\SetupDiagResults.xml

Please run command prompt as administrator, run
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
command and show the result. Command may run up to 1/2 hour.
Run
chkdsk C: /r /scan
command and show the result too.
