Error 0x80004003

I had ‘something unexpected happened' error while trying to install Forza horizon 4 ultimate edition from another computer.  The installation process blocked and I saw:

‘something unexpected happened. Reporting the problem will help us understand it better. You can wait a bit and try again or restart your device. That may help. Code 0x800070424’

I decided to use a WSreset to fix this problem, opened Windows Store and started the process. However, I closed WSreset in the middle of the process. Now I cannot install any app from the Windows Store because when I go to a app page to buy I see:

"Try that again. Page could not be loaded. Please try again later. Code: 0x80004003.
