Hi afolakejikingdom,

• Since when are you facing this issue?

• Did you make any changes to the computer recently?

If you have a full version Windows Vista Disc (not Recovery Disc), then try performing the following steps and check whether you can boot in Normal mode.

Try Startup Repair

a. Insert theinstallation disc.

b. Restartyour computer.

c. Click theStart button, click the arrow next to the Lock button, and then clickRestart. If prompted, press any key to start Windows from the installation disc.

Note: If your computer is not configured to start from a CD or DVD, check the information that came with your computer. You may need to change your computer's BIOS settings. For more information, see BIOS: frequently asked questions.

d. Choose yourlanguage settings, and then click Next.

e. ClickRepair your computer.

f. Select theoperating system you want to repair, and then click Next.

g. On theSystem Recovery Options menu, click Startup Repair. Startup Repair might prompt you to make choices as it tries to fix the problem, and if necessary, it might restart your computer as it makes repairs.
