Hi Karam,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community. I regret the inconvenience caused to you. Let me help you.

I would suggest you to try using powercfg -deviceenablewake command and check. Please follow these steps:

  1. Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard, select Command prompt (admin). (Enter the admin credentials if prompted)
  2. Type the following command in command prompt windows and press Enter key on the keyboard.

         powercfg –deviceenablewake devicename

Note: devicename

Specifies a device retrieved by using the powercfg-devicequerywake_programmable command.

Example: powercfg -deviceenablewake "Microsoft USB IntelliMouse Explorer"

You may enter the Network adapter device name in the place of devicename in the step 2.

Reference: I suggest you to refer to the below article for more information about how to use Powercfg command line options.

If the issue persist, I suggest you to update BIOS from computer manufacturer's website and check.

Note: Modifying BIOS/ complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.

I hope the above information helps. Kindly let us know if you need any further assistance with Windows. We are glad to assist you.

Thank you.
