Enable/Disable F keys for Windows 10?

I don't know how to disable the F keys on Windows 10, please give me a step by step guide to disable them, the F keys are a necessity in games like WoW!

1. What is the make and model of the computer?

2. Did you get a manual with the computer?

Go into your Cortana search thing

Search for "System Settings"

On the left of the system settings panel press "Keyboard"

Under the drop down arrow change the setting to the one you want

when I open the system settings it doesn't show keyboard on the screen, is there another way to disable function keys on windows 10?

System setting is under apps and it's not under the keyboard, it's under the "Function Key," which is just underneath keyboard. Drop down to standard F1 - F12 .

and so now that I upgraded to windows 10, I lost my system apps, like the system settings from toshiba
