Email sent from my Windows 11 Mail App won't show in my Gmail Sent folder

Hi,

I just synced my Gmail account with my Windows 11 Mail app on my new Lenovo laptop. All folders are syncing properly, except that every time I send an email from my Windows Mail App, it won't show in my Gmail Sent emails. I have no trace of the email sent from my Windows 11 Mail App. However my recipients do receive the sent email.

Here is what I did to troubleshoot the issue:

- I checked that my Gmail account enabled IMAP sync and it does

- I deleted the Gmail account in my Windows 11 Mail App and reconfigured it again

- I verified all folders were in sync with my Gmail account, and they all are - except for the Sent Folder

I'm out of ideas, hence I need help from a specialist or someone who faced the same issue. Please help
