Dualsense Controllers not disconnecting from bluetooth when powered off.

Whenever i try to turn off either of my Dualsense controllers by pressing the playstation button windows still thinks its connected, this doesnt happen if I open DS4windows however, as soon as its opened windows recognises its been disconnected, and turns off. turning off bluetooth or unpairing the devices also fixes it.
This has only started happening recently, after reseting my pc due to having problems with permissions (Ran Icalcs without proper knowledge on what it does on separate E drive, which does not/did not have OS on, only E drive was targeted). Its only the dualsense controllers which have this issue, none of my other bluetooth devices have it, so i dont think a permission issue would cause this, since other devices would also be affected. Tried uninstalling bluetooth drivers but could not reinstall them afterwards (windows basic bluetooth drivers since my Ub400 bluetooth adapter doesnt have its own driver) which i had to use a restore point in order to fix. tried running the troubleshooter and a SFC scan and nothing popped up either.
Both controllers are upto date and im on the most recent version available to me (OS build 22631.4391)

I found another post on reddit from a month ago from someone who had a similar problem, so if this issue has popped up recently its not only for me.
Thanks for any help and I'm happy to give any additional information about system specifications or anything else I forgot to mention in this post.

Hello Benji,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Microsoft Answers Community.

Please note that the DualSense controllers are not Microsoft products and do not support Windows officially.

(See the supported systems in this PlayStation support article.)

If you use a third-party application (DS4Windows) that let the controller work on Windows computers, please contact the developers of that application regarding the issue you are experiencing.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.
