Driver's Support

I fell for this crazy pop-up saying I needed to get help with updating my drivers to allow them to run better.

So after I installed this program, my Windows version needed to be updated to 10 but now I can't get my laptop to get passed the Dell sign.

Can anyone tell me how I can overwrite this program and be able to use my computer again?

I took some screen shots of what I'm seeing and I'mhoping you can help me.
