Drivers Support

How do I cancel my subscription for drivers support.

I did not know I had signed up for this

Most likely you have not signed up for that Driver Support, that is not a Microsoft Product, it is a 3rd party utility. device drivers are free, always have been and always will be

Device drivers are provided by Windows 110 updates primarily and also from the manufacturer of your PC

Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

Go to Apps, then in the list of installed Apps, look for Driver Support and uninstall it if you find it . . .

Thank you for that information.

I do not have drivers support downloaded on my computer and every time I go to the site to cancel it comes up with a message that the company are not part of drivers support and I will be charged by them to cancel, any thoughts?

That is a scam . . .

Where are you seeing Driver Support indicated on your PC, are you getting Emails from them, or is that popping up in a web browser?

Can you please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing . . .
