Did you ever have audio on your laptop? If so, how long ago did it disappear?
Let's click start, and type troubleshoot, and then launch the troubleshooter. Select "playing audio" and see if windows can fix the problem.
Right click on the volume icon on the taskbar, and look at your options. You should have volume mixer, and about 3/4 others. Go into these, and make sure none are disabled or muted.
If this doesn’t fix the sound issue. Click start, and type “device manager” - find “sound” and expand it. Right click on high def audio driver, and uninstall. Reboot, and see if you have sound.

Can you run this and tell me what it says. I want to get the exact model so I can look for drivers for you.

Yes, paste the command I sent earlier in the command window, and see if it tells you the exact model.

Did you paste this command in there:
wmic computersystem get model,name,manufacturer,systemtype
And then hit enter. The screenshot you sent had a blank text field. It should tell us the model amongst other info.

When you got that box to open up,I get
