Driver to synchronise Palm Z22 with Windows 7

Hi signposts,

   1. Which edition of Operating system do you have? Is it a 32-bit edition or 64-bit edition?

As I look into the Windows Compatibility Center, Palm Desktop version 6 is compatible with the Windows Vista Operating system.

Also the downloaded version 6.2 is compatible with the Windows Vista Operating system according to this link:

Hence save the downloaded file and install the drivers in Compatibility Mode.

Follow these steps to install the Drivers in Compatibility mode:

1.    Locate the executable file(.exe file) for the driver installation program.

2.    Right-click the file, and then click Properties.

3.    In the PackageName Properties dialog box, click the Compatibility tab.

4.    Click to select the Run this program in compatibility mode for check box, click Windows Vista in the Run this program in compatibility mode for list, and then click OK.

5.    Double-click the executable file to start the installation program.
