Hello, I'm here to help.
The information you have provided suggests that a PCI device may be at fault.
One of the most common PCI devices is a graphics card. I would recommend uninstalling the graphics card driver and then performing a system repair. Open PowerShell as administrator and enter the following command:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow
Then download the latest version of the driver from the device manufacturer's website and reinstall it.
You can find and uninstall your graphics card driver on the “Programs” page of the Control Panel, which usually has the words “AMD”, “Intel”, “NVIDIA”, if you can't find them, please go to the installation step.
If you are not sure where you need to download the new video card driver, you can tell me your hardware specifications and I will help you find it.
