driver for Dell printer all-in-one 926

I have a Dell Photo All-in-One Printer 926 which is incompatible with Windows 8.1. Tried re install from original driver and utilities disc and will not allow.  Pleas help. Worked fine in Win 8. Thanks

Hi Pat,

As the printer is not compatible with Windows 8.1, please install the driver in Windows 7 compatibility mode.

Download the driver from the Dell website and install it in Windows 7 or Windows 8 Compatibility Mode.
Refer to the following steps.

a.   Right-click on the setup file and select Properties.

b.   Click the compatibility tab, tick the box next to Run this program in compatibility mode for and select Windows.
