Hi BubuCheng,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community. I regret the inconvenience caused to you. Let me help you.

  • What is the complete error message?

  • Do you see any error code along with the error message?

I suggest you to download and install the latest drivers from your Asus official website and check if it resolves the issue.

If the issue persists, download and install the drivers for Windows 8/8.1 from the manufacturer's website in compatibility mode and check if that works.

Make older programs compatible with this version of Windows

I hope the information helps. Please keep us posted on the issue. We will be happy to assist you accordingly.

Thank you.
