downloading photos from computer to shutterfly

I have no problem uploading my photos to the photos section in my computer, however, when I tried to download to shutterfly it cannot locate the photos.  HELP! very frustrated. 
Hi TD_29, the simplest method is:

Open the photos App
Drag the photos you want to upload from the Photos App onto your Desktop
(this will create a copy of the photos to upload)

Then upload the photos form your Desktop
Finally, delete the photos form your Desktop

You need to browse your Pictures folder in File Explorer when Shutterfly ask for them.
