I have a laptop and Windows 7 Home Basic 64bit OEM original (genuine), there is the COA on the bottom of my laptop. Accidentally, I upgraded it to Ultimate but it's not genuine, so I want to perform fresh install back to the Home Basic.
I didn't get the CD recovery from the manufacturer, I just tried to download the .iso file from microsoft software recovery, but couldn't do that, because it's only for retail version...
I have no choice, and I searched the internet, I found the third party site that serve the Windows 7 .iso, it was official, untouched, and clean, doesn't any crack, modifer, keygen, etc.. It's only the eifcg has removed, so the setup was AIO (All-in-One) or universal, included x86 and x64. Just like the original CD contains. I've download it, install to my laptop, and I use my genuine oem product key to activate it, and it was successfully passed all the activation, got the microsoft security essentials, and have been upgraded to Windows 10 Home.
Is it legal for me to do that? Downloading the iso file from third party instead the digital river has been ended.. I have no choice.. Here's the link that I download the 7.iso :

Please check it, is it legal? And should I buy the genuine dvd to reinstall it?
Thanks.
