Download through Media Creation Tool stuck at 75%.

While updating to Windows 10 via the Media Creation Tool, the downloading gets stuck at 75%.I have restarted the downloaded for about a dozen times now.

Its been stuck at 75% for about 6 hours now in the last attempt.

I have troubleshooted the Windows update again and again, but nothing helps.

What do I do?

And which method is recommended? The "Upgrade this PC" or via the ISO file method.

  • Do you have any antivirus program installed?

Disable the Antivirus program temporarily and check for the issue. Make sure you enable it back once done.

Update all drivers by logging on to the manufacturer website. Also, remove all non-essential external devices from the computer.
