Download a krm file

I need to download a krm file from Kenwood to update the firmware on a cd player and for the bluetooth operation and my system will not open the file. Is there a download that I can get to allow this type of file. I need to burn it to a cd and then play it in the cd player for it to upgrade the firmware in the cd player.

You don't want to open the file on your computer -- you just need to download it to the computer and then follow the steps in Kenwood's directions on moving it to the cd player.  When you click on the link to download the file, you should get the option to "Open" and the option to "Save."  Choose the option to Save and make sure you note what the file name is and where you are saving it to so that you can find it to do the remaining steps of copying it to the cd etc.
