Double OneDrive Folder Icon

Hello,

I just sync my OneDrive to my computer recently.

The sync were good and success.

However, now I have two OneDrive folder icon in my Explorer as shown.

The second OneDrive folder is where all my files is.

If I click the first icon (above), it immediately open new explorer window and open the second OneDrive folder directory.

I do not want to miss click the first icon and open new window every time.

How to remove the first OneDrive icon?

I try to unsync and sync again, but the first folder is still there.

Thanks

Hi, yes this a known bug in Windows 10 . . .

Click your Start Button, type regedit and hi Enter to open the Registry Editor

In the left pane, navigate to :
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{018D5C66-4533-4307-9B53-224DE2ED1FE6}
(Please Note, you will have to scroll down a long way to find it)

In the right hand pane, double click System.IsPinnedToNameSpaceTree

Set its value to 0

Click OK and exit the Registry Editor
