Don't have Stereo Mixer in Windows 7 Ultimate

I tried everything, checked Show disabled devices and Show disconnected devices in sounds, all my drivers are updated including my sound which is called High Definition Audio Device. 
Im running Refubished Dell Dimension E521  Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 ADM Athlon (tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3600+ 1.90 GHz, 4 gigs of Ram, 32 bit OS, Nvida Gforce 8600 GT 256mb,
