Are you a part of an organization or using a business version of Windows or Windows Server? We highly recommend directly getting in touch with your IT Admin or heading over to Q and A MS forums to post advanced queries such as this.

MS community is solely built to support consumer Windows versions and people here in the Community do not have access to any Admin Tools in Azure or Intune or any Windows Business versions. We may also create conflict with your organizational policy specifically set up for that device and may cause more issues.
