Hello, Erick K1
Welcome to the Microsoft Community
Thank you very much for your feedback. I have carefully read the information and problem description you provided.
I understand the problem that this problem has caused you. According to the information shown in your picture, there seems to be a problem with your Windows boot file, which causes the boot process to fail.
Method 1. First, I suggest that you need to create an installation media and then use this installation media to repair the system. The detailed steps are as follows.
How to create installation media, you can refer to the link below.
Create installation media for Windows - Microsoft Support
The method to use the installation media to repair the system is as follows.
1. Start the computer and enter the installation media
Insert the boot USB drive into the USB port of the computer.
Restart the computer and press a specific key (such as F2, F12, Del, etc.) at startup to enter the BIOS or UEFI settings.
Set the boot order to boot from the USB device.
Save the settings and exit the BIOS or UEFI, the computer will boot from the USB drive.

2. Enter the Windows installation interface
In the Windows installation interface, select your language, time and keyboard layout, and then click "Next".
In the installation window, click the "Repair your computer" option in the lower left corner.
3. Select the repair option
In the "Choose an option" interface, select "Troubleshoot".
In the "Troubleshoot" interface, select "Advanced options".
Select "Startup repair"
Method 2. If the problem persists after repairing with the installation media, in the current situation, you may need to repair the BCD file. The steps for BCD repair are as follows.
In the "Choose an option" interface, select "Troubleshoot".
In the "Troubleshoot" interface, select "Advanced options".
Select Command Prompt
Type Bootrec /RebuildBcd at the prompt and press Enter. If the Bootrec.exe tool runs successfully, it will provide you with the Windows installation path.
To add this entry to the BCD store, type "yes" (or "yes") and press Enter. A confirmation message will indicate that the entry was successfully added to the BCD store.
If the Bootrec.exe tool cannot find the missing Windows installation, the BCD store needs to be deleted and then it needs to be recreated.
To do this, enter the following commands in the order they are presented. Press Enter at the end of each command.
Bcdedit /export C:\BCD_Backup
c:\boot\bcd bcd.old
Bootrec /FixMbr
Bootrec /fixboot
Bootrec /rebuildbcd
Restart Windows and verify that the behavior is still displayed.
If you try these methods and the problem persists, you may want to consider reinstalling Windows, which will solve most problems. How to clean install Windows, you can refer to the link below,
