Do you test anything before releasing it?

I have a brand new Alienware A51m.  Thanks for FORCING the latest update and then all but bricking my system.  The update got stuck for about 15 hours. Now it's stuck on the rollback.  Your product sucks and you people are incompetent.  There is no response needed and there is no defense for your horrendous QA.  I'm sure I will have to start all over and reinstall.  That will be a fight as well, I'm sure.

I have a new Lenovo laptop and I am having the very same issues as you are. It is total BS that Microsoft puts out these critical updates that won't install, then expect me to research why they won't install, then expect me to go through all sorts of convoluted backdoor steps to attempt to get the updates to install. **** Microsoft! Right now Windows is not worth having, not for the stuff it is used for at home. If this insanity is resolved somehow soon, I will dump Windows for a Mac or a Chromebook.
