I have had the software and drivers from AMD installed manually but windows 11 keeps on downgrading the driver and the software doesn't work. I haven't noticed any performance drops with the older driver or software. I also have a dedicated GPU (RTX 3060M) and I am not sure if I should uninstall the software. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Eagle. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, here to help you.
No, you don't need Adrenalin or any driver bloatware unless you know that you rely on it to hold in place a setting that Windows cannot.
Here's how to fully remove Adrenalin and if necessary install the driver without it:
