Is the problem happening only on the computer or on other devices as well ?
If you are using a 3rd party antivirus, temporarily uninstall it and see if the problem persists.
Select the Start Menu, enter settings. Select Settings > Network & internet > select Advanced network settings > Network reset.
Reset now > Yes.
Also run these network commands;
Click on the start menu and type cmd
Right click and run as administrator
Copy, paste and enter each one, one at a time.
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
